JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 06-12-2018 Without entering into the controversy whether the appointment of respondent no.8 is legal and valid and whether the petitioner is justified in seeking guideline from the superior authorities of the Education Department in the matter of payment of salary, the writ application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Director, Primary Education, who shall be under obligation to issue specific guideline to the petitioner with regard to continuance of service of respondent no.8. Necessary guideline must be issued by the respondent Director, Primary Education within a period of one month from the date of
