2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 126(20, 109, 352, 351(2) and 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. The case of the prosecution is that three persons on a bike arrived and fired at the leg of informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that his name has been disclosed by one of the co-accused Abtu Kumar in his confessional statement. There is nothing except the confessional statement of Abtu Kumar. The petitioner is having criminal antecedent of three cases in which he is on bail. The petitioner is in custody since 28.04.2025.

5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer of bail to the petitioner.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Nawhatta P.S. Case No. 42 of 2025 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Saharsa.
