2. This is the second attempt on behalf of the petitioner for grant of bail in connection with Singheshwar P.S. Case No. 29 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 120(B), 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Earlier the bail application of the petitioner has been rejected vide order dated 23.05.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 68096 of 2022, which reads as under:

"Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

This application has been filed for grant of regular bail arises out of Singheshwar P.S. Case No. 29 of 2022, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 120B and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64177 of 2024(5) dt.11-04-2025 2/2 385 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner and others were involved in the killing of the deceased. Earlier also, an F.I.R. was registered against the petitioner and others co-accused under section 384 and others sections also. This Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected herewith."

4. In the trial, all the witnesses have been examined.

5. In that view of the matter, this application is dismissed.
