ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 16-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioners, being the mother-in-law and the brother-in-law of the deceased lady, are apprehending their arrest in connection with Bath P.S. Case No.36 of 2015 for allegedly having committed the offences under Section 304B, 326, 307 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that though there is general and omnibus allegation against these petitioners, it has come in the case diary itself that these two petitioners are living separately and adjacent to the house, which is the place of occurrence. Considering all the facts and circumstances of the case and that there is no specific allegation against these petitioners, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur, in connection with Bath P.S.
