Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Masaurhi P.S. Case No. 298 of 2021 registered for the offence under sections 341, 323, 504, 498A, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner never demanded any dowry nor tortured the daughter of the informant. Petitioner has been falsely implicated as is evident from the statement of the Sarpach Kachhari as contained in Annexure-2. Moreover, both the parties have compromised

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Masaurhi, Patna in connection with Masaurhi P.S. Case No. 298 of 2021 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
