====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 27-06-2016 No one appears on behalf of the petitioner. However, learned counsel for the State and Central Selection Board are present.

Petitioner has applied for the post of constable claiming to be a Gorkha candidate, at the time of physical evaluation he was supposed to produce the certificate to show that by birth he belongs to Gorkha community but he failed to produce the same as a result of which he was declared disqualified. No one is present on behalf of the petitioner to dispute the aforesaid fact. If the appointment is made from the Gorkha community he or she will have to show Gorkha

Patna High Court CWJC No.9333 of 2013 (4) dt.27-06-2016 certificate showing he is Gorkha by birth. As per counter affidavit he failed to produce the aforesaid certificate. In such view of the matter, there is no merit in this writ petition. In is accordingly dismissed.
