Patna High Court MJC No.438 of 2015 (3) dt.20-03-2017 2/2 ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 20-03-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.
In the present case, petitioners have raised a grievance that the order of this Court dated 20.09.2012 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 1042 of 2011 has been flouted, but the order dated 04.08.2014 attached to the writ application is a reasoned order, in such circumstances, this Court does not want to proceed with the present proceeding and the same is, accordingly, dropped.
