JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 07-01-2019 The petitioner by way of the present writ petition has prayed for directing the respondent University to absorb the services of the petitioner as a Lecturer in Physics in Ram Lakhan Singh Yadav College, Aurangabad.

The learned counsel for the respondent University submits that the name of the petitioner neither appears in the list of teachers contained in Order No. 181C dated 18.12.1989 nor in the one bearing Order No. 36C dated 24.02.1990, hence the petitioner has got no case at all. It is further submitted by the learned counsel for the University that the One-Man Commission headed by Hon'ble Mr. Justice S.B. Sinha,(as he then was) has also dismissed the

Patna High Court CWJC No.18570 of 2018(2) dt.07-01-2019 2/2 case of the petitioner by order dated 29.01.2016. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be permitted to file a representation before the Registrar, Magadh University, Bodh Gaya for the purposes of redressal of his grievances. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
