Patna High Court LPA No.2188 of 2016 dt.21-12-2017 with the order of the learned Single Judge dated 14.09.2016 because the learned Single Judge is correct in holding that the repeated writ applications and piecemeal prayers cannot be entertained. Such writs are barred by principle of res judicata.
