The prayer made in the Modification Application is not the aspect of the matter which can be gone into keeping in mind the order dated 30th August,
Patna High Court MJC No.350 of 2017 (2) dt.18-08-2017 2016 passed in the writ application. These are claims, which can be agitated before the appropriate authority. So far as the direction for payment directly to the weavers are concerned, that aspect of the matter has to stand and stay in view of the controversies noted by the Division Bench of this Court.
The contempt application stands disposed of.
