The petitioner Ram Sanehi Yadav @ Pannu Yadav @ Sanehi Yadav seeks bail in Madhawapur P.S. Case No. 46 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 413 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

The police raided the house of petitioner and recovered a bike bearing Registration No. BR 30C 6356 on basis of which the present case was registered.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is working in the hardware shop of Rajesh Panjiyar who had given him the motorcycle to go home. Rajesh Panjiyar has filed a petition for release of the vehicle and also stated the same facts. There is no case registered for theft of the aforesaid

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.366 of 2015 (2) dt.08-01-2015 motorcycle. Rajesh Panjiyar has disclosed that he is the owner of the vehicle. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani in connection with Madhawapur P.S. Case No. 46 of 2014.
