The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 323, 341, 324, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted that petitioner is alleged to have given Axe blow on the head of the informant. This petitioner has enclosed the injury report as Annexure-3 wherein doctor has found one sharp cut injury on left side of chest. The opinion was kept reserved. From injury report it appears that there is no repetition of blow. Counsel for the petitioner has further submitted that there is a case and counter case. The counter case has been filed by the grand son of the petitioner against the informant and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53633 of 2016 (3) dt.27-01-2017 2/2 others of this case. Petitioner is in custody since 01.10.2016. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani, in connection with Jay Nagar P.S.
