The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 1.7.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 24829 of 2017 with respect to the names of certain petitioners which has cropped on account of the error committed in the petition itself.

As per learned counsel for the petitioners, petitioner no.2 Shanki Devi @ Shanti Devi may be read as Shanki Devi @

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36913 of 2017 (2) dt.09-08-2017 Shoki Devi. The husband name of the petitioner no.3 may be read as Late Dukhi Bhagat @ Late Dukhi Rawat in place of Late Dukhi Bhagat. The name of the petitioner no.4 may be read as Sunita Devi in place of Sunta Devi. Further the name of petitioner no.5 may be read as Reshmi Devi @ Kushmi Devi in place of Rehama Devi @ Kushami Devi and the name of petitioner no.7 will be read as Sureshari Devi @ Sureshwari Devi in place of Sureshwari Devi.

Accordingly, the order dated 1.7.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 24829 of 2017 is modified to the aforementioned extent and the time for surrender is extended further by two weeks from today.
