2. This petition has been filed for modification of order dated 01.08.2022 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 57511 of 2021 by this Court to the extent of extension of period of surrender.

3. In view of reason assigned in the present petition, further six weeks time from today is granted to the petitioner to surrender and furnish bail-bond before the concerned Court where the case is pending, subject to deposit of Rs. 35,000/- (Rupees thirty five thousand) in the office of concerned District Legal Services Authority and to furnish its receipt with the bailbond.

4. Accordingly, said order passed in Cr.Misc. No.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61645 of 2025(2) dt.30-08-2025 2/2 57511 of 2021 is modified to the above extent only.
