JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 17-12-2015 The plea of the State taken in the counter affidavit for nongrant of benefit of promotion to the petitioner, despite the decision of the DPC as notified in Anneuxre-1, is not sustainable. Since this Court has already passed similar orders with regard to other identical issue, this writ application stands disposed of with a direction that the respondent authorities will notify the benefit of promotion, which has been recommended by the DPC as far back as in July, 2014, within a period of four weeks from today. The notification, however, may carry a rider that it will be subject to the final result of the SLP.
