This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 324, 325, 307, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

For election dispute for the post of Mukhiya the petitioner and other allegedly committed assault on the informant. The specific allegation against the petitioner is commission of injury with garasa at the hands of the informant. The petitioner is in custody since 07.09.2016.

Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Rajoun P.S.
