Following reliefs have been sought for in the present writ application:- (i) whether the respondent authorities are justified by applying reservation in admission of B.Ed. courses in private and unaided B.Ed. colleges of State of Bihar?

(ii) Whether the provision for reservation as provided in the prospectus of B.Ed.

Entrance examination is applicable in admission to the colleges of petitioner's colleges in State of Bihar?

(iii) Whether the reservation policy can be applied in private and unaided B.Ed.

colleges as the same has been contrary to the law laid down by the Apex Court?

(iv) Whether the actions of respondent authorities are not arbitrary, illegal and in violation of fundamental rights of Constitution of India?

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner submits that certain matter is pending before the Hon'ble Supreme

Patna High Court CWJC No.18222 of 2018 (2) dt.11-09-2018 2/2 Court for extension of time for admission in B.Ed. course. However, since the cut off date has crossed and there is no other substance available before the Court to entertain the application, the instant writ application is dismissed.
