The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Dhamdaha P.S. Case No. 38 of 2017 registered under Sections 302 and 120B read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the gravity of the offence and serious nature of allegation made in the FIR, I am not inclined to grant pre-arrest bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the application for

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48584 of 2017 (2) dt.18-10-2017 grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.

The petitioner may surrender and seek bail, which shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced in any manner by this order.
