ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 05-09-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner are in custody since 15.06.2019 in connection with Banka (Barahat O.P.) P.S. Case No.394 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 30(a), 32(a) of the Bihar Excise and Prohibition Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the alleged recoveries were not from the conscious possession of the petitioners but from a car. The petitioners are not having any criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that the petitioners have no criminal

Case No.394 of 2019.
