2. The present writ application has been filed for directing the respondents to consider and grant 1st, 2nd and 3rd ACPS/MACPS to the petitioners which they have not been granted.
3. Learned counsel for the State raised preliminary
Patna High Court CWJC No. 13211 of 2024(2) dt.03-09-2024 3/3 objection and submits that for the grievances of ACPS/MACPS, the General and Administrative Department, Government of Bihar has notified a Rule, namely, the Bihar Government Servant Grievance Redressal Rules, 2019 (hereinafter referred to as 'the Rules of 2019') for which the petitioners ought to avail the remedy under the said Rule.
4. In this background, the present writ application stands disposed off directing the petitioners to avail the remedy under the Rules of 2019 before the concerned authorities of the districts, who has been assigned the work of the Service Grievance Redressal Officer in the respective districts within 30 days from the date of disposal of the writ petition and upon filing the representation/complaint under the Rules of 2019 before the Service Grievance Redressal Officer, the Service Grievance Redressal Officer is directed to do all the needful which has been mentioned in the Rules of 2019 within the time framed already specified in the said Rule.
