The petitioner apprehends her arrest in Sarsi P.S. Case No.60 of 2019 registered under Sections 363, 366A and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that Adarsh Sharma and his family members including the petitioner enticed her minor daughter.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the victim appeared and made statement under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. She disclosed that she voluntarily left her house and solemnized marriage with Adarsh Sharma. The petitioner is sister of the father of Adarsh Sharma. The victim did not even name the petitioner.

Having considered the facts that the victim herself

No.55172 of 2019(2) dt.02-09-2019 2/2 denied the factum of her kidnapping and the petitioner is sister of the father of Adarsh Sharma with whom the victim is alleged to have solemnized marriage, the above named petitioner, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Class, Purnea in connection with Sarsi P.S. Case No.60 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
