The petitioner has filed this writ petition for a direction to the respondent No.5, Circle Officer, Hajipur to measure the lands of the petitioner bearing Khata No.69, Khesra No.405, 406 situated at Mauza Akilabad, Gadaisarai, P.S. Hajipur. The petitioner filed representation before the Collector, Vaishali, Hajipur for bringing the fact to the notice of the Collector that vide order dated 03.06.2017 passed in Public Grievance Redressal Case No.997/2A by which the Collector directed the Circle Officer to get the land of the petitioner measured but the Circle Officer sat over the matter. It is submitted

Patna High Court CWJC No.4782 of 2018 (2) dt.31-08-2018 that the Collector did not dispose of the representation of the petitioner.

Taking into consideration the facts that the representation of the petitioner is pending before the Collector, the Collector, Vaishali is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner and ensure the compliance of his own order passed in Public Grievance Redressal Case No.997/2A filed under Public Grievance Redressal Act within two months from the date of receipt of this order.

With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
