The petitioner's counsel refutes the aforesaid fact. Be as it may be, the disputed amount tendered by the Collector be now paid to the petitioner within a period of 30 days from today by a demand draft prepared and sent in the name of the
Patna High Court MJC No.4754 of 2013 dt.17-03-2017 2/2 petitioner on his address available with the authorities concerned. In case petitioner has any grievance with regard to the amount which remains unpaid or which according to him has been illegally deducted by the Collector, liberty shall be available to the petitioner to take recourse to such procedure as may be permissible under law for recovery of the said amount.
The Contempt Petition stands disposed of.
