Mr.Additional Solicitor General ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE ORAL ORDER 01-09-2023 In the present case, vide Order dated 23.11.2022, Hon'ble Mr. Justice S. Kumar, Former Judge of Hon'ble Patna High Court, was appointed as learned Arbitrator in Request Case No. 64/2022 to adjudicate all the disputes arising out of the agreement entered into the parties to the lis. On account of prior commitments, his lordship is unable to accept the appointment as an Arbitrator and he has recused himself.

2. With the consent of the parties, Hon'ble Mr. Justice Prabhat Kumar Jha, Former Judge of Hon'ble Patna High Court, is appointed as learned Arbitrator to adjudicate all the disputes arising out of the agreement entered into the parties to the lis.

3. The Order dated 23.11.2022 is modified to the aforesaid extent only and the other terms and conditions of the Order shall remain.
