The Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case instituted for the offence under Section(s) 341, 323, 307, 504, 452 and 379/34 Indian Penal Code.
Considering that the Petitioners are alleged to have assaulted three persons, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the Petitioner in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 257 of 2014 corresponding to G.R. No. 3981 of 2014 pending before Miss. Namita Singh, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Ara, Distt. Bhojpur.
