In this case, petitioners are seeking bail in connection with Shahpur (Karnamepur) P.S. Case No. 194 of 2015 registered for offence under section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1b)A/26/35 of the Arms Act. The Police recovered a stolen motor cycle including arms from the possession of the petitioner who is in jail since 28th June 2015. This Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after nine months of jail-custody.
