During course of unloading, informant was shot at by one of the three motorcycle borne criminals. During course of investigation, it appears that the aforesaid occurrence was committed in the background of ransom. There happens to be absence of linkage, save and except inculpatory extra-judicial confessional statement.

Accordingly, petitioner, Naresh Kumar @ Naresh Sharma is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Sadar P. S. Case No.269 of 2016.
