The petitioner is in custody since 28.06.2019 in connection with Biraul P.S. Case No. 173/2019 as well as G.O. Case No. 649/2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 272/273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Considering the fact that the alleged recoveries were not from the conscious possession of the petitioner and that he has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District Judge-IInd-cum-Special Judge (Excise Act), Darbhanga, in connection with Biraul P.S. Case No. 173/2019 as well as G.O.
