2. The petitioners, who are ladies, apprehend their arrest in a case, registered for offence punishable under Sections 103, 3(5) of B.N.S., 2023.
3. The prosecution story, in brief, is that on 18.04.2025 (morning), the informant's son Golu Kumar went to bring biscuits, but he did not return for a long time, then informant along with family members started searching for him and in course thereof he came to know that these petitioners and other co-accused persons took his son to their house and committed his murder. The informant believes that the accused persons have committed this offence out of greed for property.

4. In the post-mortem report, the cause of death is Asphyxia, as a result of smothering and multiple injuries have been found on the person of deceased.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail and submits that there is specific allegation that all the F.I.R. named accused persons including these petitioners committed the murder of informant's son by gagging him and making a hole in his head.
6. Considering the nature of accusation, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioners is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay U T
