The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Samastipur Mufassil P.S. Case No. 91/2014 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant named the petitioner along with other accused persons and made allegation that the petitioner assaulted her with Khanti on her head.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the mother of the petitioner lodged a case being Samastipur (M) P.S. Case No. 90 of 2014. There is a case and counter-case. From the side of the petitioner also, injuries are sustained. The informant got simple injuries as would appear from the order of the learned Sessions Judge itself.

No.4261 of 2015 (2) dt.02-02-2015 2/2 Having considered the facts that there is a case and counter-case on account of land dispute and the informant sustained simple injury on account of the assault made by the petitioner, the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur in Samastipur Mufassil P.S. Case No. 91/2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
