This is the second attempt of the petitioner to seek bail as earlier vide order dated 22.12.2021 in Cr. Misc. No. 24352 of 2021 his bail application was rejected. Considering the fact that petitioner is alleged to be the main assailant and has been identified by the informant also, the Court does not find any ground for considering the case of the petitioner for bail.

His prayer for bail is thus rejected.
