The petitioner seeks bail in Sessions Trial No. 584 of 2014, arising out of Harpur P.S. Case No. 04 of 2010, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 342, 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25 (1-B)A, 26 and 27 of the Arms Act.

The informant Jatadhari Pd. Singh alleged that Sharvan Singh, Sunil Singh and Thitho Singh assaulted his son Amarjeet Kumar with fists and slaps and Sharvan Singh fired, but the pistol did not fire. Sharvan Singh has already been enlarged on bail.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is dispute with regard to land and many cases are pending between the parties.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1554 of 2015 (2) dt.15-01-2015 Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioner is alleged to have assaulted with fists and slaps, he is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Ad hoc Additional Sessions Judge III, Munger in connection with Sessions Trial No. 584 of 2014, arising out of Harpur P.S.
