Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.3307C/14 , registered for offences punishable under Section 498Aof the Indian Penal Code. As per the complaint Case, there is demand of Rs.50,000/- and for that ousting her from the house. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that all the allegations are false and concocted and he is still ready to keep her with dignity and care and that stands he has taken before the learned court below also and for that he had gone to his Sasural to bring her back but she is not ready to reside with the petitioner.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56397 of 2019(3) dt.16-11-2019 2/2 Heard learned A.P.P. In this case notice was issued to O.P.no.2 and the office notes discloses that O.P.no.2 has received notice personally but nobody ha appears nor any Vakalatnama has been filed by the O.P.no.2 .
Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM, Araria in connection with Complaint Case No.3307C of 2014 subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
