2. This application under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed by the petitioner for quashing of the First Information Report (for short 'FIR') of Gardanibagh Mahila P.S. Case No.105 of 2018 dated 04.08.2018 registered under Section 354A, 376 and 511 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Perused the FIR of the aforesaid Gardanibagh Mahila P.S. Case No.105 of 2018 as contained in Annexure-3 to this
Patna High Court CR. WJC No.2294 of 2018 dt.29-04-2019 2/2 application. The allegations made in the FIR do attract ingredients of the alleged offence.
4. In that view of the matter, I see no merit in this application. It is dismissed, accordingly.
