JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 24-09-2019 The present writ petition has been filed seeking implementation of the order passed by the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Naugachhiya, whereby and whereunder all the three sons of the petitioner herein have been directed to pay a sum of Rs. 2500/- each.

The case of the petitioner is that despite filing a petition for execution of the order dated 28.01.2017 passed by

Patna High Court CWJC No.19458 of 2019(2) dt.24-09-2019 2/2 the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Naugachhiya, the children of the petitioners are not responding, hence appropriate direction be given to the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Naugachhiya to take necessary action.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the present writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Naugachhiya to expedite the execution proceedings and in case the children of the petitioners are not appearing, coercive steps be taken for their appearance by passing necessary orders in that regard.
