2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Saharsa P.S. Case No. 937 of 2024 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 115(2), 126(2), 109 and 352 of the B.N.S. and under Section 27 of Arms Act.

3. As per prosecution story, this petitioner along with other FIR named accused persons assaulted the informant and caused fire-arm injury on the finger of the right hand of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Allegation of assault is general and omnibus in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59785 of 2025(2) dt.17-10-2025 2/2 nature and injury sustained by the informant is on non-vital part of the body. There is no eyewitness to the alleged occurrence. Petitioner is in custody since 11.05.2025 and claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the bail application.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and period of custody, the bail application is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa, in connection with Saharsa P.S.
