From the materials available on record, it is seen that the dispute in question arises out of construction work to be allotted to an appropriate agency and there is no legal issue involved in the matter.

Patna High Court CWJC No.20145 of 2016 dt.03-11-2017 In view of the above, we are not inclined to make indulgence into the matter.

If the petitioner is aggrieved with the impugned action he may take up the issue by filing appropriate application/representation before the State Vigilance authorities such as Lokayukta.
