Petitioner being husband of the informant is in jail custody since 03.08.2014 in a case registered under sections 498A, 379/34 of the IPC and 3/ 4 of the D. P. Act.

Admittedly, marriage of the petitioner was solemnized with the informant in the year 2004 and after marriage, informant gave birth to three children and the present case was lodged in the year 2013.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub divisional Judicial
