The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case under Sections 406, 409 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is alleged to have defalcated a sum of Rs. 12,04,100/-. It is submitted that the petitioner is ready to make payment of the entire amount with four months. The petitioner is in jail since 01.08.2014.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in Palasi P.S. Case No. 147 of 2014, (G.R. No. 1894 of 2014).
