2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the writ petition be disposed off with liberty to move before the State Appellate Authority against the order dated 22.06.2015 passed in Case Nos. 7, 7A, 7B, 7C, 7D, 7E, 7F, 7G, 7H, 7I, 7J, 7K, 7L, 7M, 7N, 8 of 2013 by the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Chapra.
3. Learned counsel for the State does not oppose.
4. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off with liberty aforesaid.
5. If an appeal is filed before the State Appellate Authority, within four weeks from today, the same shall be considered and disposed off on merits expeditiously and within the statutory period.
