2. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jogbani P.S. Case No. 95 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 20(b) II (b) of N.D.P.S. Act corresponding to Special Case No. 30 of 2023.

4. As per the prosecution story, 50 Kg of Ganja has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

5. In view of the huge recovery of Ganja, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected herewith.

7. The Court below is directed to expedite the trial.

8. The petitioner may renew his prayer for bail if the trial does not proceed expeditiously.
