The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with A.B.P. No. 1727 of 2022 arising out of Hathua P.S. Case No. 294 of 2021 registered under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that petitioner is not named in the first information report. The name of the petitioner has been surfaced in this case merely on the confessional statement of co-accused Nandeshwar Singh. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the
