Petitioner is younger brother-in-law of the deceased. He is apprehending his arrest in connection with a complaint case, which is said to have been filed after 11 days of the death of the victim-wife.
Petitioner, being the younger brother-in-law of the deceased, is directed to surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order in the court below and thereafter be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 5,000/-(Rs. Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur in connection with Samastipur
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48194 of 2015 (2) dt.03-11-2015 2/2 P.S. Case No. 279 of 2014, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
