JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 11-09-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. a) For issuance of writ of Certiorari, quashing the order dated 24.07.24 (Annexure-P/4) issued by the Respondent No. 7 contrary to notification no. 7997 dated 26.10.23."

At the outset, the learned Advocate General appearing for the respondents no. 1 to 3 has submitted that by a Notification dated 27.08.2024, published in the Gazette on

Patna High Court CWJC No.12848 of 2024(2) dt.11-09-2024 2/3 28.08.2024, it has been stipulated that all the claim cases pending before the Claim Tribunals in all the districts of the State of Bihar, which have been filed prior to 01.04.2019, shall be disposed off from the level of the District & Sessions Judges of the respective districts by the Claim Tribunals, however, those claims which have been filed on or after 01.04.2019, shall be transferred by the concerned District & Sessions Judge to the newly constituted Divisional Level Claims Tribunal for consideration and disposal and in fact all the new claims would also be filed before the said Divisional Level Claims Tribunal.

Having regard to the aforesaid submission advanced by the Ld. Advocate General, I deem it fit and proper to direct that the Order No. 126 of 2024 dated 24.07.2024, issued by the office of the District & Sessions Judge-Patna shall stand amended to the aforesaid extent.

At this juncture, the Ld. Counsel for the petitioner submits that he has got no quarrel with the aforesaid arrangement, hence the writ petition

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
