The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Aurangabad Mahila P.S. Case No. 25 of 2016 registered under Sections 498A, 307, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation against the petitioners is of torture and assault with intention to kill her and thereafter, the in-laws' family member snatched her ornaments and cash and threatened the informant for dire consequences.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners, who happen to be mother-in-

No.52379 of 2016 (3) dt.27-01-2017 2/2 law, bhaisur, unmarried nanad and cousin father-in-law of the informant respectively, are living separately from the informant since long and dealing their personal affairs alone. They have falsely been implicated in this case. Further submission is that petitioner no.1 Sarita Devi, mother-in-law, on 20.12.2013, filed the informatory petition stating that the opposite parties always tried to dispute with her and also used to abuse and assault her. They also threatened her with dire consequences, which would appear from Annexure-2 series.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Aurangabad in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 25 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) Shail/- U T
