Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41019 of 2012 (3) dt.21-04-2015 2 / 2 taking cognizance dated 13.07.2012 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani in connection with Benipatti P.S. Case No. 58 of 2011.
After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw this application in order to raise all the points available to the petitioners at the stage of framing of charge.
