2. The limited grievance of the petitioner is that the order dated 30-05-2015 whereby his services as Special Police Officer has been dispensed with is not preceded by any compliance with the principles of natural justice.

3. Since the petitioner has no claim to continue on the post by virtue of the nature of engagement of SPO's, this Court, would, taking into consideration the fact that order is without complying the principles of natural justice, hold that the same shall not cast stigma on the petitioner and it shall not be a disentitlement for his engagement in future.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that there are some arrears also, for which, he may be granted liberty to represent before the Superintendent of Police, Nalanda at Biharsharif (Respondent No.4).

5. Needless to say, if such representation is filed within a period of four weeks along with a copy of this order, the same is required to be disposed of by a speaking and reasoned order within a period of eight weeks; and if any dues are found payable, the same shall be paid within four weeks thereafter.

6. The writ application stands disposed of.
