The present writ application has been filed for a direction to the Respondent No.2, the Collector-cum-District Magistrate, Begusarai to dispose of the Misc. Application No.13 of 2014, which is pending before him since 2014. The issue relates to an appeal preferred under Section 21 of the Bihar Tenancy Act, 1985, which is not the roster of this Court. However, learned counsel for the petitioner confines his prayer only to the extent of a direction for disposal of appeal preferred against the order dated 25.01.2001, passed by the Circle Officer, Bachhawara in Basgit Parcha Case No.2/20002001. However, it is expected from Respondent No.2, the District Magistrate, Begusarai to dispose of the appeal of the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, after giving opportunity of hearing to all affected persons. The writ application is disposed of with aforesaid direction.
