In the present writ petition, the grievance of the petitioner is against the interlocutory order dated 08.05.2010 passed by the Town Commissioner, Patna Regional Development Authority,
Patna High Court CWJC No.15861 of 2010 dt.25-01-2018 2/2 Bihar, Patna in Case No. 9B of 2010 by which the petitioner has been directed not to make any construction over her land without permission and file her written notes of arguments within one week. 3.
In the opinion of this Court, the writ petition is premature, as no final order has been passed in the case and showcause notice issued to the petitioner is not without jurisdiction. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.

However, the petitioner would be at liberty to raise all her points before the authority concerned in the matter and if final order also goes against her, she may challenge the same in accordance with law before the appropriate forum.
