====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 12-09-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Liquor was allegedly recovered from possession of the petitioners. Petitioners have stated on oath that they have got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail, after submission of the charge-sheet against the petitioners, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two

(b) Both the bailors shall be resident of the territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below.
